A Pocket Square Wedding is a micro wedding with fewer than 30 guests. It involves a short but sweet ceremony and celebration with those you love. As a Pocket Square bride, your micro wedding will include gorgeous flowers, a photography session, and cake, but at the fraction of the typical cost. A Pocket Square Wedding provides an affordable and easy wedding experience without compromising the aesthetics and execution of your special event. 

WHAT SHOULD WE expect to INVEST IN our POCKET SQUARE WEDDING?

The Pocket Square Wedding varies by the venue, time of year, day and any upgrades or customization add-ons. However, most range from $7,000 to $10,000 per couple. You can access our list of venues, dates and standard package prices under the “Details” section of our site.

what if we have to cancel/change the date/postpone?

You can’t predict the future and neither can we! We know you may need to change the date of your Pocket Square Wedding for whatever reason. You can transfer your deposit/payments to a new date within a year of your current Pocket Square Wedding at no charge.

Whatever you want! Many couples make reservations at a restaurant to continue the festivities. Some couples leave right away on their honeymoon. Some go home and put on sweatpants. It is totally up to you.

Unfortunately, venue policies do not allow furry friends. Sorry!

Part of the beauty (literally) of a Pocket Square Wedding is that each one has a thoughtful, distinct design that you don’t have to come up with. A Pinterest mood board for each Pocket Square Wedding can be found on the event page.

what is included in the investment?

-  Venue (including chairs, tables and linens as applicable) 
-  An officiant
- Decor and any props or styling elements we choose to incorporate. Decor will include items for the altar area and small celebration table 
- Flowers (bouquet, boutonniere (bouquet, boutonniere - whatever combo fits) We should list exactly what we are going to include 
-   Small cake or other sweet bites for you and your guests
-   Champagne or sparkling cider for you and your guests
- Music for the short and sweet ceremony and your mini reception
- Photography - Photographs will include those taken during the ceremony, celebration, and your 30-minute couples only session.

do i select my own vendors?

The beauty of a Pocket Square Wedding is that it requires little planning and preparation for our couples. We do the hard work for you! While you are required to use a specific set of vendors, we’ve selected the best in the industry. Click on the “About” section to meet your award winning team of professionals!

HOW LONG WILL OUR POCKET SQUARE WEDDING BE?

Your experience is approximately one and a half hours with Pocket Square Weddings, structured like this:

- Ceremony - 15 minutes
- Celebration - 45 minutes
- Portrait Session - 30 minutes

Usually, we can accommodate 30 guests. This is dependent on our venue selections. We will post the guest limit with each date when available. Need a few more guests? Just contact us about the date you want to see if the Venue will accommodate an add-on of additional guests! (Additional charges will apply)

are there any customization options?

There is the opportunity to take advantage of any limited add-ons or upgrades as offered by our vendor partners. When it comes to your ceremony, we are open to incorporating any religious traditions or meaningful customs. We also, of course, will accommodate dietary restrictions for your post-ceremony celebration. 

can we choose our venue

Pocket Square Weddings are hosted at a select list of world-class venues including: Castle Hill Inn, The Mayflower Inn, The Glass House, and Margin Street Inn. Click here to see which date is available for each of our venues! 

can i get ready at the venue? 

Our packages do not include space or time for this prep, so please show up ready to walk down the aisle! 

can we have a wedding party?

To keep your ceremony short and sweet we have found it best to limit participants to two honor attendants (i.e, Maid of Honor and Best Man). 

When will I receive my photos? 

Please allow up to six weeks for your wedding photos. They will be curated in an online gallery for viewing. A download link will be available on your three-month anniversary.  

When will I receive my video? 

Please allow up to eight weeks for your wedding video. You will receive a 3-5 minute highlight video for download.
